Link to the ODR platform (online dispute resolution in consumer matters)

As of January 9, 2016, disputes between consumers and traders in connection with online purchase contracts are to be settled via the online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform). The platform is provided by the EU Commission and is available at the link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to find. We would like to point out that the EU Commission's planned online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform) is not yet operational. The platform is scheduled to go live on 15.02.2016.
